Insight and Ignite: Burn Book for Self Reflection
 
I invite you to take an opportunity to self reflect. In order for this to work, you need to be honest with yourself. Nobody else needs to read them. They are designed for you to be insightful. You can rip each page out and then ignite and release them in the fire. I was inspired to create this journal because of my own story. I left my ex-husband and lost my identity, and I promised that what people thought of me-good or bad did not matter. I wanted to create something for like minded people who may have lost who they are. This is a chance for you to work on your shadow side and self reflect.
